We have tried to keep our fee structure as simple and transparent as possible whilst offering the booking flexibility that we know many working parents require. If your preferred session times are not shown below, please speak to us and we will do our very best to accommodate your requirements.

Notes

  • Sessions starting or ending outside our core opening times of 8am-6pm are offered subject to there being sufficient demand to justify opening the nursery at these times.

  • Fees are payable in advance by Direct Debit/ vouchers/ Card payment.

  • We charge for 51 weeks of the year so that you do not pay when we are closed between Christmas New Year. Your monthly fee will therefore be your weekly fee multiplied by 51 weeks then divided by 12 months.

  • We are happy to offer term time only bookings that exclude the last 2 weeks in July and 4 weeks in August (6 weeks total). These are subject to availability and booking conditions.

  • One-off, occasional and irregular bookings are welcome, but are subject to availability and booking conditions.

  • All 3 and 4-year-old children are entitled to 570 hours of funded early education per year. It’s available from the term following the child’s 3rd birthday up until they reach compulsory school age. It’s for every child irrespective of background or family circumstances.

  • 30 hours funded childcare is intended to support working parents with the cost of childcare. It will enable them where they wish, to return to work or to work additional hours. It can, where early years providers can offer it and if parents would like, be taken all year round. The hours could be allocated pro rata.

  • Parents of 3 and 4 year olds living and working in England may be entitled to 30 hours funded childcare. An extra 570 hours of funded childcare a year, so 1,140 hours in total. Eligibility criteria will apply. For more information on eligibility and how to apply visit Childcare Choices.

  • You may qualify for 15 hours free childcare per week if your child is aged two. However, there are a number of requirements which need to be met.

  • The 15 hours free childcare for two-year-olds are for families which receive some form of support, such as income support, Universal Credit or other benefits, or their child has, for example, Special Educational Needs (SEND).

To be eligible, parents and guardians must receive one of the following benefits:

  • Universal Credit and household income is £15,400 per year or less after tax

  • Tax credits, and household income is £16,190 per year or less after tax

  • Income Support

  • Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)

  • Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)

  • The guaranteed element of Pension Credit
  • The Working Tax Credit 4-week run on (payment you receive when you stop qualifying)

Or, if their child:

    • Is looked after by a local authority
    • Receives Disability Living Allowance
    • Has Special Educational Needs (SEND)
    • Is subject of a kinship or guardianship order
    • In terms of how you can use the hours, the same rules apply as they do with three and four-year-olds.
    • You get a total of 570 hours per year, which you can choose to either stretch (subject to provider approval) or use 15 hours per week for 38 weeks. Further, there may still be extra costs involved, such as paying for meals, nappies and activities.
    • You can use the hours from 1 January, 1 April or 1 September following your child’s second birthday.
    • Note however that we give priority to standard all year round bookings, so availability of free 38 week bookings is very restricted, particularly on our busiest days.
